InDesign ...The Event

We have decided to make our business LIVE and go ahead with an actual event consisting of our work.
Niall works at the Library pub and has managed to get the upstairs venue for us for free. This includes a large empty which we can use to exhibit our work and sell a few pieces as well as advertise our company; allowing people to see what we do for themselves. We are also going to include the works of two guest exhibitors; Kosy (the street artist) and Alex (a fine artist) which will help us publicise the event on a broader spectrum.

Originally it was going to be held on Tuesday 28th February, however,  the venue was double booked so we are now having to move the event to the Monday 27th. This is the day before our enterprise presentation so it will enable us to provide evidence of our event and feedback on how it has gone. As we had already put posters around the college to raise awareness of our event, Nialls manager has agreed to pay for the re-prints with the changed date.
We have also made a Facebook group which people are invited to to raise speculation whilst they await their invite. It is an invitation only event so we have also printed invited which we will distribute nearer the time via course leader.

As the invites have the web domain we have purchased on it, Niall have made the web page live with the following information...

We are also going to set up an Etsy account so that any stock we do not sell can then be sold on there. This is also another tool for us to promote our business.
Essentially it this will provide us with free advertising if we break even; to do this we only need to sell less than a quarter of our stock. It is also going to be a great way for us to show people what we do and if they are interested they can take a business card and get in contact.
